RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The purpose of YOGAESSENTIAL (" YOGAESSENTIAL ") is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within fifteen (15) days from the day you received the products purchased on yogaessential.com. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by YOGAESSENTIAL (DHL), or via another courier, only after having communicated it in writing to info@yogaessential.com. However, it is not possible to change the chosen item with another.

CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:

to. the withdrawal message must be sent electronically to YOGAESSENTIAL , to the email address info@yogaessential.com , within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date. The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by registered mail to the YOGAESSENTIAL address Ltd., Corso Garibaldi n. 77 , 20121 Milan (MI) or by telegram, to be confirmed, at your discretion, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours;
b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging (in the case of audio CDs, books, design objects, designer toys and adult games, the packaging must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that compose it);
And. the returned products must be sent to YOGAESSENTIAL , at YOGAESSENTIAL Srl, Corso Garibaldi n. 77, 20121 Milan (MI), in a single shipment. YOGAESSENTIAL , in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
f. the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fifteen (15) days from the date on which you received the products.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, YOGAESSENTIAL will reimburse you for the price of the products purchased, with only the return costs being your responsibility, i.e. those for returning them to YOGAESSENTIAL of the products purchased. If you decide to use the courier chosen by YOGAESSENTIAL for the shipping of the purchased products (DHL) you will not, however, have to pay the return costs yourself, it will in fact be YOGAESSENTIAL to pay the DHL courier on your behalf, withholding from the refund a sum equal to the cost previously incurred for the delivery of the purchased products to your home. If you decide to use a different shipping company, you will have to pay the return costs yourself.

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above. In this case, you can choose to have the products purchased back at your expense. In case you refuse this YOGAESSENTIAL shipment reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

After YOGAESSENTIAL will have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever payment method you use (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund is activated by YOGAESSENTIA L in the shortest time possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the conditions set out above.

The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase with credit/debit card: the time needed to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
visible. The actual credit card refund from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
- cash payment on delivery: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, therefore the reimbursement time depends on the correctness of the data you enter; normally the re-credit takes place within thirty (30) days.
In the case of a gift, the sums will be refunded to the person who made the payment.

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION TAG

All products offered for sale by YOGAESSENTIAL they are equipped with a tag, which constitutes an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag because returned products without it will not be accepted.

DHL

Returns can be shipped via the DHL courier indicated by YOGAESSENTIAL . This method will allow YOGAESSENTIAL to pay for the shipment on your behalf and to check where your package is at any time. Contact YOGAESSENTIAL to arrange collection with DHL. In case you decide to use a shipping company other than the one indicated by to return the products YOGAESSENTIAL , you will have to pay the return costs yourself and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport.
